研究简介

长期从事脑血管病应用基础和转化医学研究，取得了系列原创性学术成果。创立了缺血性脑血管病短程双通道双效应联合治疗方案，解决了国际上抗血小板联合用药的临床难题，改写了多国指南和临床实践；揭示了脑血管病联合治疗药物疗效的遗传特征，创立了精准医疗方案；创建了推动指南向临床实践转化的新策略，研发了针对新靶点的创新药物。以通讯作者发表SCI文章超过300篇，包括NEJM 2篇、JAMA 2篇、BMJ 1篇、Circulation 4篇。论文他引超过5000次，两次受邀为BMJ撰写综述。主持制定2项行业标准和7部行业指南，先后担任科技部“十二五”脑血管病、“十三五”重大慢病和“十四五”常见多发病战略规划专家组组长，是国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项和科技创新2030“脑科学与类脑研究”重大项目总体专家组成员。是中华医学会神经病学分会主任委员和中国卒中学会会长。

主要荣誉

“北京学者”、“北京市高层次创新创业人才支持计划杰出人才”，以第一完成人获国家科技进步二等奖2项、省部级一等奖2项，获首届全国创新争先奖章、吴阶平医药创新奖、第十三届谈家桢生命科学临床医学奖、何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖和WSO President Award。带领团队获得科技部首批创新团队荣誉称号。

2020年2月，入选国家健康科普专家库；

2020年始任中国医学科学院学部委员。
