研究简介


1.  肖俊宇团队通过生物化学和结构生物学手段研究与人体疾病密切相关的蛋白分子,尤其聚焦对免疫球蛋白的研究。阐明人源IgM组装和黏膜转运机制,改变了对IgM五聚体的传统理解。系统分析了FcμR受体对不同形式IgM的识别,为深入理解IgM相关的免疫通路奠定基础。研究了分泌型IgA的组装机制,并揭示其被肺炎链球菌黏附蛋白识别的基础。

2.  2021年6月加入昌平实验室以来,肖俊宇带领团队积极参与抗击新冠病毒攻关研究,系统分析了一系列新冠病毒中和抗体的分子机制,为开发新冠病毒中和抗体药物奠定了基础。
